Equipment

You will need an Android or IOS phone or tablet. If you using your computer or laptop, the site and client portal is best used with Google Chrome.

Pre-Payment

Once an appointment is scheduled, you will be provided with payment link to pre-pay for the session.

Recommendations

Please attend to messages and complete forms (intake or ongoing assessments) a day or no later than 30 minutes prior to session. This will allow your therapist to review them prior to the session taking place.

Please enter the client portal a few minutes before your scheduled session.
